Salt & Seek started as just an idea. A newsletter about the people and stories behind Utah's food scene. What it's become is something we're building together, and that only works if we're listening to what you actually want.

Here's the truth: without your feedback, we're growing this business blindly. We're guessing at what you care about, what gets you excited to open our emails, what makes you actually go try that new spot or show up to that event. And honestly? That makes everything so much harder.

Going into 2026, we want to shape Salt & Seek around what our community wants most from us. Not what we think you want, what you're actually telling us you want. We want these weekly newsletters to be so valuable that you look forward to them landing in your inbox.
